View a GeoTag's location history

This tutorial shows you how to review where any GeoTag in your account has been, with a timestamp for every stop and movement. Use it for proof of delivery, dispute resolution or peace of mind.

Steps

1. Select the GeoTag on the map or in the tracker list.
2. Open Location History.
3. Choose a period: today, this week, the past month, or a custom range.
4. Select Run. Scattered pings become a movement trail on the map.
5. Select any stop or movement to see exactly when and where the tracker was.
6. Zoom out to a longer period, such as this month, to spot patterns, delays and detours.

Good to know

• Every position is timestamped, so the history doubles as evidence in delivery, damage or usage disputes.
