Share a GeoTag with a temporary link

This short tutorial shows you how to create a temporary share link, so a colleague, client or contractor can follow one tracker for a set period without a GeoTag account.

Steps

1. Select the GeoTag you want to share.
2. Select the share link button.
3. Choose an expiry date. Keep it as short as the job allows.
4. Check the GeoTag and expiry fields are filled in, then select Run.
5. Select Copy and paste the link into an email or message.

Good to know

• Nothing is shared until you create the link.
• If access needs extending, create a new link rather than setting a long expiry up front.
• For ongoing access to several trackers, add the person as a user instead.
