This short tutorial shows you how to get an alert when a GeoTag goes quiet, so a silent tracker is flagged before it becomes a blind spot.
Time: about 1 minute · Where: select a GeoTag › no-comms alerts

Steps
- Select the tracker you want to cover.
- Set the no-comms threshold: anything from 10 minutes up to 2 hours.
- Choose how you want to be told: SMS, email or both. You can also switch no-comms alerts off for that tracker.
Good to know
- A short threshold flags problems sooner but can also fire when a tracker is briefly out of signal. If you get too many alerts, lengthen it.
