Send an announcement to your crew

This tutorial shows you how to send an urgent update to some or all of the users on your account, so a change of plan reaches the crew where they will see it.

Steps

1. Open Settings, then Announcement.
2. Select the users who should receive it. You can pick individuals or everyone.
3. Choose the delivery channel, for example SMS for updates that need to be read straight away.
4. Give it a clear subject.
5. Write the message once, then send it.

Good to know

• SMS needs a phone number in international format on each recipient's account.
