This tutorial shows you how to create Groups of GeoTags so you can manage many trackers at once instead of one by one: shared geofences, notifications and commands, set once for the whole Group.

Select the button to open the tutorial. It runs in a pop-up over this page and walks you through each click.
On a small screen, open the tutorial in a new tab instead.
Steps
- Open Settings, then Groups.
- Select the add button and give the Group a clear name, such as an event or a kit.
- Under Extra, you can place the Group under another Group. For example, DJ kit, rigging and lighting can each sit under one event.
- Select Save.
- Select the assets to add, then Apply.
- To move a single GeoTag into a Group later, open the GeoTag, go to its Extra tab, choose the Group and save.
- Back in Groups, open the Group's settings to manage Connections: geofences, notifications and saved commands for every GeoTag in the Group.
Good to know
- A GeoTag follows its Group's shared settings, so link a geofence to the Group once rather than to each tracker.
