Steps
- Open Fleet Analytics.
- Go to the Battery and Charging page.
- Read the fleet summary. The commentary is generated from your latest tracker data.
- Check the anomaly flags: fast-draining batteries, lost contact, poor signal and similar.
- Select a flagged tracker to open its battery history and see what was happening before the anomaly.
- Click outside the panel to return to the main page.
Good to know
- A tracker with a healthy battery but a lost-contact flag probably has a signal problem rather than a power problem.
