Understand an asset's usage history

This tutorial shows you how to see when, and for how long, a GeoTagged asset was in use. It is useful for servicing schedules, procurement decisions and hourly hire models.

Steps

1. Select the GeoTag and open its details.
2. Open the usage calendar. It shows usage by hour and by day.
3. Look for patterns across the period: busy days, idle stretches, unexpected use.
4. Select an event to trace it back to its source and see how many hours the asset worked on a job.

Good to know

• Hours of actual use are a better basis for servicing and replacement than calendar age.
